All bikes are professionally assembled and inspected by our mechanics before being partially disassembled for shipping. You will need to perform basic assembly, such as attaching the handlebars and front wheel, upon arrival.

What is your return policy for sports equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, some technical gear may have specific return requirements.

Do you offer in-store pickup for online orders?
